We service and install all makes and models of electrical and mechanical equipment. We repair and sell all types of heating and cooling sytems and components. Our well experienced technicians can troubleshoot and diagnose problems in electrical systems, climate control systems, gas fireplaces, boilers and a multitude of other mechanical equipment.
Commercial Tenant Improvement
Tenant Improvement, even seemingly basic, can become very complex. We have streamlined our approach to completing these types of jobs by keeping a majority of work in-house. We hold a great deal of licensing in New Mexico and have knowledgable employees working in nearly every trade.

Cummings Construction started as a small home based operation and has continued to hold tight to its roots in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The company was originally organized in 2009, focusing on residential remodeling. Over the years the focus has adapted to fit ever changing customer needs. In 2017, electrical and mechanical service type work was added to the menu.
An appreciation for hard work and a commitment to neighborly service are important elements that have helped guide Cummings Construction through a very hard economic recession and onto a path toward a stable and prosperous future.
